Kevin, Paul, and Meredith were absolutely wonderful to work with in in our case against our local hospital. My wife had a massive stroke and they left her lying in the bed for several hours with out treating the stroke. This caused irreversible brain damage. I spoke to Meredith over the phone on 07/13/22 after completing an inquiry online a few days prior. She had a few questions about my situation she was going to pass along to the attorney who was going to do my initial consultation. I answered those questions and she requested some additional documents, which I sent on 07/19/22. I had additional information I sent on 07/25/22 that I sent over. I was told they would reach out to set up an initial consult to see what my options are or if there was any teeth to my case here? It's 08/17/22. I have not yet received a response or a scheduled meet up. I assume they determined my case was not worth their time instead of just telling me. Even if we were to proceed with a case, I no longer want to work with an unprofessional and non-responsive firm.

The Mahoney Law Firm team was amazing. They made dealing with a medical error that a doctor made less traumatic and stressful. The way this firm treated my mom is appalling. Luckily she is off Chemo for now but while she was on it we contacted this law firm to after J & J over a medical device. It's almost a guarantee and they accepted the case. They send her a packet in the mail. She calls numerous times to ask questions. Their phone generally just rings and rings but if you keep calling it will go VM. Unfortunately my mom with cancer isn't important enough for them to return calls and now she receives a letter stating they are dropping her because she has been nonresponsive. You should be ashamed of yourselves! And I hope everyone who considers your firm also considers our story.

I highly recommend the Mahoney Law Firm! I was worried that they would not accept my case because of how close I was to the statute of limitations. Kevin was very busy with another case but made the time to review my information. If you are lucky enough that they take your case, you quickly realize the high level of commitment they have to each of their clients. My impression was that they seem to keep fewer cases at one time than other firms which allows them the time and resources to handle each case with care. Kevin was always available to talk if I had questions, concerns, or needed clarification. I never felt that Kevin was trying to promise anything, he was very upfront and honest and would give you the range of best and worst-case scenario. He made sure to give you all the information, made sure you understood it all, and then would make suggestions so you could move forward and make informed decisions.
