I would highly recommend Charlie for your estate planning needs, and this is coming from myself and my wife whom are both attorneys. Charlie is not only very knowledgeable regarding Texas trusts, wills, and estates law but is also very good at explaining the same throughout the entire engagement process, from the initial phone call all the way through drafting and eventual execution of documents. He is very diligent and does what he says he will do, either via email communications or during our in-person session. The signing process went very smoothly and Charlie took the time to explain each provision that was being signed as well as providing further written information and explanation after the fact. He finally provided a very fulsome binder of the entire package that we ordered and even provided helpful hints as to next steps, such as which family friends to contact and what information may need to be updated with various parties that have an interest, such as insurance and mortgage companies. Finally, his fees charged for services rendered were very reasonable, given prevailing attorney billing rates and the amount of work Charlie put into our estate planning.
