My Mother was a passenger on a motorcycle when it was hit by an SUV and she suffered major injuries. CHP determined the motorcycle was at fault so we did not have any expectations that any money would be paid out from insurance and weren’t even confident that the McClellan Law Firm would take our case. She was very personable, empathic, explained the process in detail and in vocabulary we could understand. Our main contact during this process was Barbara and she kept us updated with the progress of the case. Every email or phone call we made was promptly answered or returned. Aside from providing basic information, photos, and medical bills, the firm did the all the leg work to track down the parties involved, accident reports, etc. Very minimal effort from our end. Conor and Craig were able to negotiate the medical liens substantially and our case was settled in just 3 weeks (it took more than 8 months for CHP to complete the accident report).
