Warning: Poor communication and follow-through. I hired Charlton in April 2023 for an earnest money dispute. While he charged a high fee to send the Notice of Dispute letter, he failed to provide any support for the follow-up actions I requested regarding subsequent litigation. I spent six months from April 2023 to October 2023 — trying to get a response via phone and email. I received not a single response from Charlton. I have kept a thorough record of my attempts to contact them. Because of this firm's total silence, I had to seek help elsewhere. Save your time and money and go elsewhere.
