Biased and Unprofessional Mediation – Narrows Law Group Gina Auter was not the neutral mediator she claimed to be. From the start, her actions favored the opposing party, and she openly told me I was “at a disadvantage” for not having an attorney. She repeatedly used the opposing attorney’s first name, creating the impression of personal bias, and wasted valuable time with an unnecessary self-introduction. The process was slow, unbalanced, and appeared more focused on billable hours than on reaching a fair resolution. I would strongly caution anyone seeking impartial mediation to look elsewhere.

Lindsay Appleton, and the entire team, was very outgoing, polished, highly skilled, and excellent at communicating precisely and clearly, in a very de-stressed atmosphere. Great experience from start to finish.
