This law office has been very slow when it comes for them helping you out with the Rent-A-Car. I don’t know what’s taking them so long, but it takes forever.

This place is so slow to get anything done specially when it comes for them providing a Rent-A-Car after losing your car

This law firm could not even get client a rental who was in a terrible car accident. They would not help this person using their resources until case settled.

This Law firm does not even deserve a single star. They absolutely do nothing for you as a client but simply bow to the Insurance companies and once they start working for you will not allow you to switch to a reputable Law Firm. PLEASE save yourself the what I have endured with this Law Firm it's just a tragedy the way the will work for you and fight against the insurance companies for you.

I regret working with these people. I should have gone with Morgan and Morgan law firm. These are not professionals. I hired this lawyer clearly specifying I wanted to see the inside of the court room and go to trial. He said that he would that my case was evident enough to go to court and he would do what he could because the other party were clearly the ones at fault at accident. When I got my uninsured motorist payment with his help, he held up the payment for few months he would not give me my money. I told him that the previous lawyer had medical evidence that the other party was in neglect. He paid them off without collecting the medical evidence and not telling me until I inquired about it much later but my money was used to pay them off. This weakened my case. He did not tell me he was afraid of losing the case until the day negotiating with other lawyers 1.5 years later he refused to take my case to trial. I felt stuck that he did not feel we can take it to trial.and win. He said that the day if we don’t settle for fractions of the insurance amount, we get nothing. Lost valuable time 1.5 years. I did not know he was not going to try my case and he advised me this is the best he could do and refused to further help me to go to court we would lose. This was not his original position and agreement with me. With his refusal to help me further advice to settle for nearly half of insurance amount. Had I known he was going to take this position, I would not have gone with such a weak lawyer. I felt cornered to take something instead of nothing and start new all over again with another attorney. They didn’t give me any time to think on it. It was now or never offer for fraction of the amount. We ended up taking it despite my disappointment. He was lousy doing his job and was not honest he was not going to try my case until the last minute. Very unhappy with him and will complain about his lousy service to the Florida bar and will officially file a formal written complaint form and speak to Acp lawyer. Additionally this Lawyer Mr.Nunez was always off work not available to speak or answer questions. It would often take several weeks until he was back in office. Lousy communication with this firm. It should have given me a clue of what type of service I was not going to receive. Despite my gut feeling, I stayed with him for over 2 years only to be greatly .disappointed.
