I originally had my workers comp case with The Perecman Firm and unfortunately my experience with their workers comp department was very disappointing. Communication was extremely poor, getting callbacks was difficult, and I honestly felt like my case wasn’t being taken seriously. After dealing with that for a while, I decided to substitute attorneys. I switched to O'Connor Law PLLC and the difference was night and day. They stayed on top of everything, returned calls, kept me updated, and actually made me feel like they cared about my case and my well-being. Even the owner personally called me to make sure everything was going smoothly. Much more professional and attentive experience overall.
