The worst lawyers in Dallas, and possibly Texas, especially for immigration cases. They wasted our time and money while providing little to no meaningful service. Communication was extremely poor, and our messages were often ignored. We eventually had to hire a new attorney and pay additional legal fees because our case was not being handled properly. This experience was frustrating and disappointing. I would not recommend this firm to anyone seeking immigration legal assistance.

I just want to thank Michael and his entire team of paralegals at Presti law firm went above and beyond in handling my case. I understand they get busy at times but his paralegals took the time to answer my questions and also let our attorney Michael know our concerns. Needless to say our case was handled in a timely manner and worth every dollar spent. I would recommend them to anyone in search for an attorney that specializes in immigration. I would NOT recommend this law firm! They do not communicate with their clients, they take forever to respond, they leave their paralegal in charge of the case, and they are horrible at customer service! They took five months just to complete a K-1 visa application and then when I confronted them about it they said “it was ready to be sent” yet they never sent it! Why did it take me to literally go in person to get an update about my case! I lost $3200 with this law firm and my lawyer wasn’t even a Presti! Do NOT waste your time and money on this garbage lawyer!

My initial consultation with Michael Presti was positive and reassuring. However, once the case was primarily handled by the paralegal, the overall experience significantly declined. Communication throughout the process was extremely poor, including during urgent stages of the case. The assigned paralegal was frequently unavailable and difficult to reach, responses were often significantly delayed, and several of my emails and follow-ups went unanswered altogether. I was initially told the visitor visa case would likely be completed within a week, but the process was substantially delayed even after I paid additional premium fees. After the case was denied, communication declined even further despite earlier assurances that the case was winnable. When I later reached out with questions regarding a possible appeal and requested clarification on next steps, I did not receive any response.

My family paid this Law firm to represent me for my habeas petition case after being granted withholding of removal in Eden detention center. I was assigned with Miguel A Taboada.He barely communicate with my family to give them update about the habeas and all of a sudden he told my family my habeas has being denied and now I have being deported to a third country. No communication with clients is a big issue in this firm and much time passes with no response

I was detained for 4 months and 20 days at the Dilley Detention Center. Attorney Felix Gálvez and his assistant Alejandro won my habeas corpus petition, and thank God they managed to get me released. They did everything possible to get me out, so I highly recommend them to anyone who is detained.

don’t waste your money with the presti law firm karina roque were representing me at my case with ice and she didn’t did nothing to avoid my deportation first place she knew I was getting deported no matter what and they took my money for nothing she barely spoke to judge at my trial less than two minutes very unprofessional services. I’m not recommending this firm at all be aware and look someone else. IF YOU ARE ARRESTED IN ICE FEDERAL JAIL , don’t call any of this attorney from this firm I’m sure there’s better and honest lawyer in DFW area.
