The Toney Law Firm is the definition of professionalism. From the very moment you walk in you’re greeted and made to feel welcome. We went to them for a trust. The process couldn’t have gone smoother and was completely hassle-free. They do such a great job of getting all of your needs taken care of during the intake process that when you show up in person to sign, everything is ready to go. We also brought our two young children with us and we felt completely at home. Highly recommend them.

The BEST LAW FIRM in Florida!

I write this again because my first review was take down, because I don’t write enough detail before. I want to explain better now. I try to call this office some time ago because I need help from attorney. The first time I call, the lady don’t understand me good because my English not perfect. She tell me somebody who speak Spanish will call me back to help me. But nobody call me. I wait maybe two week, then I call again. The person who answer was very rude to me, like she don’t want to talk or help. I try to explain again I just want to make a appointment to talk with attorney, but she say no or she don’t understand me, I’m not sure. I feel very bad and frustrate because I only want to get some help, but nobody call me back or try to help me. I don’t think they are friendly for people who not speak English good. I hope they can do better for Spanish people next time.

My family has been using The Toney Law Firm for my grandfather’s probate for a while now, and it’s been a rollercoaster. I don’t have any say in who we hire since I’m not the family member who actually contracted with them, but if it were up to me, we would’ve switched firms a long time ago. When we first started, we had a great paralegal—super helpful, friendly, and knew exactly what she was doing. Then she left (we were told it was because of a bad experience with the office.) The office manager (Mr. Toney's wife) stepped in after that, and honestly, it was awful.Our experience went downhill quickly. She was short, rude, and talked to us like we were a problem, it was horrible. After that, a new attorney took over and he was great—really easy to work with and his law clerk was just as good. But not long after, he left too. The law clerk (who became an attorney) kept working on it with a new paralegal, and those two were amazing. They got things moving again and made the process so much easier to deal with. Sadly, about a year ago, that paralegal quit too, and things slowed down again. The attorney still did a great job, but things were obviously slower. Now she’s left too, and we’re once again stuck with no real point of contact. Anytime we call, the staff—especially the same rude office manager—either doesn’t know what’s going on or just isn’t helpful. It’s clear this place can’t seem to keep their good employees, and after dealing with the office manager, I can see why The good people leave. If we weren’t so close to finishing, I’d be pushing hard to move the case somewhere else. If you want stability and respectful communication, I wouldn’t recommend The Toney Law Firm. Also want to add that I understand probates take a long time to complete and my issue is in NO WAY with how long the process is taking - it is the instability of service as explained above.

We initially were looking forward to working with Mr. Toney after hearing him speak at a seminar at my mother's facility. Unfortunately, our experience was very disappointing. We contacted the office a few months ago but despite leaving multiple voicemails, noone returned our calls. When we finally reached someone, he was very unhelpful and when we had questions he said he'd get answers and call back but he never followed up. when we made second attempt to schedule a consultation, the person at the office was dismissive and spoke to us very condescendingly. We felt disrespected and went to a different attorney to help my mother

It was a relief being able to do a consultation with these guys - it helped me a lot - the whole process of dealing with a Trust and all the strange words and meanings I am not familiar with - is nerve-racking - Jake set up an appointment on short notice - Sara walked me through a bunch of stuff - and in the end - a much clearer picture began to appear - so happy !! Thank you guys !

Terrible Experience – Do Not Trust This Firm I had a phone consultation with Mr. Tony in early October and at the end of the appointment I paid in full for him to review some documents and prepare a deed for me. However, the service I received following my phone consultation was appalling and unprofessional. After a few weeks with no communication, I left multiple messages, but no one returned my calls. In November, I spoke to a woman who told me she would look into it and get back to me, but once again, I was ignored. By December, nearly two months after my consultation, I spoke with the office manager, who was incredibly rude & condescending. She claimed there was no record of my appointment and even accused me of lying about paying for the services, despite me having proof on my bank statement. At this point, I have received absolutely nothing from this office, no service, and no refund. It's now been nearly three months, and I've still heard nothing. I've left another voicemail, but once again, no one has returned my call. This office is completely unprofessional, shady, and disrespectful. I’ve never been treated so poorly, and I strongly advise against doing business with them.
