Virga law firm was my 3rd lawfirm within a year and used 2 lawyers at this firm to make 4 lawyers total with my case. First- it is SO HARD to hire the right person who cares and does the job you need to get done. Mr. Gerard Virga was my 4th and final lawyer. Mr. Virga is the owner of Virga Law and I was very pleased with his performance. My case ran over 4 years due to mistakes made from my previous lawyers, judges who don't care to follow law, case law, evidence, subject matter experts, or accept real evidence. Some times being a dad, that wasn't married, with a child in Florida, can really work against you if you dont know fathers rights and the mother does. No matter what you do, the outcome we wish for may never workout for you. Keep that in mind as you give all your money away to everyone else throughout the process. Mr Virga and his team really worked hard to prove my case and to get the win we never received. Endless hours of direct contact with him, the team or assistants, and paralegals was very helpful and appreciated. I felt heard most of the time and my worries warranted. But at the end of the day, the judges have the final say and move the law in any direction they choose. If you need an honest law firm, Virga and his team are the people to talk to. Nothing moves fast, everything is expensive, and finding peace is nearly impossible until the dust settles. Something to think about in a nasty divorce or separation is finding a solid Forensic CPA and money team that can work closely to/with your lawyer team. Lawyers speak law and money teams speak money. At the end of the day, its all about money and not being nice, peaceful, making sense &/or cordial when navigating all of this. I wish whoever reads this the best of luck in a system that 80%+ of the time work in the mothers favor.

This is the first time I have ever had to use any kind of lawyer services. It was an absolute nightmare, I've been going through a divorce with them. I had 3 different lawyers, and it's been over 1.5 years and still nothing accomplished. It's extremely difficult to get in touch with anyone or get them to tell you anything about what is going on. I have been paying them monthly since the start on top of the retainer fee. I finally dropped them and went with an entirely different law firm. If I could give them 0 stars I certainly would.
