I LOVE this guy. He also makes my head hurt.

We had a will, heath directive, and parcel splits completed for my dad and they were amazing. Thoroughly explained the processes and gave a detailed overviews of the risks and benefits for all our options. Michael and team provided great service. After he walked us through so much and gave such great advice, I am going back to have him do a review of my and my wife's estate documents to make sure we have all our bases covered. 10 out of 10, Highly recommend!

I had some Estate / Private issues. The took very good care of me. And I had a weird issue.

The Whipple Law Group was very professional, meeting and exceeding my expectations for schedule, cost, and quality of the documents produced. The staff were very friendly and provided timely status updates.

After both of my parents passed away within a year w/ no will. We hired Whipple Law Group to file probate and administrator the state. After years of working with another attorney to devalue my inherent shares the an estate valued over $500,000. after debts were to be paid. They falsely told me the majority of their fees would be paid by the estate. They refused to summit documentation to support my claim they billed me for all of there services even the ones against my will. They refused me my file at the end of their services causing me more loss to my share and allowed my sisters to take possession of the entire estate and completely diminish it. When all was said and done my dad's car was charged against my share for way above its value with new damages exceeding $30,000. And beyond that I recieved nothing that belonged to my parents and a overall debt I can't afford to pay. I was very clear I couldn't afford their services and assured if I just made min payments "to keep the lights on." Greg Hills exact words. That in the end I'd get a check back from their office at the close of the estate. This was all a bait and switch lie. To further the unethical behavior they are still refusing to give me their malpractice insurance information so I can file a claim. I believe these actions to be intentional. However if not. They are certainly incompetent of an attorney specializing in this field of work. Do not hire this law firm. File outside of Spokane.

I cannot even begin… to express my feelings of gratitude. I know without a doubt, I have been, and am being very supported professionally & legally by Greg and Michael. Along with Michael’s entire team @ the Whipple Law Group. Very understanding and caring. This all star firm is representing me in an extremely difficult, lengthy, and unusual 3+ year probate case. It has truly been WAY beyond “challenging” in my life, these last few years! Words cannot express the (living hell) my husband and I have been going through. All primarily due to a cruel and hateful Uncle, my deceased Mother’s brother. He has somewhat succeeded in alienating and isolating me with lies. Turning most all of my maternal family members against me. You would think that your own blood and Uncle would never treat a niece or such a gift of inherited property (that has been in our family for 70+ years) that he received from *his parents* in such a horrible manner. All money $ aside, I’ve felt very supported. I could not have moved forward or gone on with this case and my 💞Grandfather’s wishes & legacy without their expert representation, that JDF worked so hard for his entire life!! If you want to hire the best probate law firm in Spokane, worth every penny.

I was looking for a reputable, knowledgeable law firm to help with a probate issue. This firm kept coming up from a plethora of resources. Unfortunately they were at capacity both time's I enquired. They were very pleasant and encouraging. I would recommend calling them first.

Absolutely amazing! Greg helped me for 2 years going through probate and battling my sister in court over executorship and what everyone got etc. since my father passed unexpectedly and without a will. My sister had stolen from my father's place the day we found out he had passed and tried to take over and leave me with nothing. Greg was incredibly vigilant and compliant with every need I had, got all of the stolen items back, and made darn sure that I was not taken advantage of! I'm only 26 and my sister is way older than me, so I was very worried about the outcome of the matter. I hired them on a Sunday, got appointed executor the next day on Monday, and since that Sunday they worked tirelessly to make sure everything was fair just like I (and my father) wanted! Definitely worth every penny I paid them! I have endless good things to say, they made such a hard and mentally taxing situation such a breeze. I mean this whole heartedly when I say, I COULD NOT HAVE DONE IT WITHOUT THEM! The most perfect blend of professional and friendly/caring/understanding.
