Steve rewrote our family trust and wills revising them to reflect the changes in the laws and simplifying the other corresponding documents such as living wills and health surrogate. I initially found the office while searching for a local attorney to review a contract for mom's senior living community. Mr. Zakrocki reviewed it and gave suggestions which were included in the final draft. I recently relocated and used him to update our wills. My wife and I needed an experienced attorney to prepare our Will and related estate planning documents, including our Living Will and Power of Attorney, etc. -- so we hired Stephen, and he did a great job. I decided to engage Steven Zakrocki's law firm after reading the outstanding Google reviews he received. On my last visit with my father (I live in Europe), he decided to get his affairs in order and requested my assistance. Scheduled to fly home in one week, it left little time to engage an attorney and finalise the legal documents. After explaining my situation to Steven, he cleared his schedule so that my father and I could meet with him. After a comprehensive consultation (free) with Steven, my father was more than satisfied with hiring Steven to legally document his final wishes. Steven took the time to thoroughly explain each legal document, making sure that my father was comfortable with every detail. Incredible team at this firm. Needed pretty immediate help with a Will and Testament, and Power of Attorney for my grandfather. They were able to squeeze us in (on the week of Thanksgiving mind you), Steven even went and met with my grandfather prior to taking us on, and made everything so smooth.
