If you are looking for a firm to help you fight against your insurance claim, no matter what the case, GET ONE. If you want a 5 STAR firm, this one is it. The two office specialists Kelli and Tina are incredible, they were so pleasant, and they took the time to understand my case. I would call them with questions quite a few times and they either knew the answer or knew where to find it. So nice on the all the phone calls throughout the year of fighting with this insurance company. Attorneys Bob Garvey and Jim McKenna were wonderful. It was a very long process/fight, but they were on top of every problem that arose. They ended up getting everything that I was supposed to and more, but the best reward is that I can still call them for advice, and they are still there for me. Just a great group of professionals and a 5-star firm.

The Claimant , an 11 year old girl , sustained a traumatic brain injury after being struck by a truck, in 1983 resulting in hemiplegia, dysarthria speech and severe cognitive deficits, the claim was for No- Fault benefits, including family provided attendant care.
