Got them through Off the Record. Same day, they called me and explained that there may be a way for me to pay it and have it turn into a parking ticket and that, realistically, i didn't need their services. They told me to cancel through OTR and I received my money back. I'm only leaving this because they were exceptionally nice and didn't charge me for anything. Compared to the last firm I used, who didn't even bother calling me and charged me $100+ on top of the $400 ticket for something I could've done myself through an online portal. Compared to that, the little 5 min convo I had before canceling (they actually messaged through OTR but called to make sure I understood and recieved the msg) with this firm deserves the 5 stars. Thanks guys!
