My case started in 2014 and every denial turned into Appeals, Appeals turned into years of feeling hopeless and my medical condition started getting worst. Yes i might be young but i think a disability shouldn't be labeled, judged, criticized as a number. I was referred by a neighbor years ago he was known as "Chilly Mack" lol and if it weren't for him id never have met Mr. Adderley. Mr. Adderley is a very professional, up front, yes or no, we got this, Most of all and i admire him for that is "PATIENCE". I have never witnessed Mr.Adderley stressful, upset, grouchy, unprofessional, discourtesy not once. He calls his client's as tge order they are recieved or his assistants Cassidy will call on his behalf. I recommend this law firm office to any one. All i ask is if you have no patience, dont take out your frustration on this professional human being who try and go out of their way to win your case. I had lost hope and gave up and stopped communicating with my attorney but he never gave up on me n called me once in a while to notify me that he hasn't forgotten about me nor my case. This 2019 was on my favor and worth waiting.... ***IM UPDATING**** My hubby passed away 2022 4weeks after giving birth to our first born son and they didn't get to meet nor bond for the remaining time he had left. I wanted to share that & I thank God for having Mr.Adderley been in my hubby's path and giving him hope almost 6 yrs of hard work Mr. Adderley fought and never gave up & he brought hope to my hubby's life and never to give up. My hubby passed away at age 45 yrs old of Kidney Failure. Furthermore Thank you Mr. Adderley for all you did and I'm grateful for the way you treat your clients without any judgment your a straightforward person who knows what his doing. Hope to see you when I hit my retirement age incase SSI denies my case. Lol

Beware of the small print! The agreement for fees included “misc fees”, so I requested a fee schedule or at the very least an estimate of these miscellaneous fees. I found it highly suspicious that this law firm refused to provide either and then wouldn’t take my case when I asked for transparency. Highly sus, you’ve been warned.

Very poor communication. Contacted and they took the case but after months they never filed the appeal they claimed they were filing. After reaching out to the case manager about their failure to even get my medical information and after I filed my own reconsideration because they never got the correct doctors they terminated the case. Never once spoke to lawyer only his assistants and he never got the accurate medical information. Very unprofessional. Would not advise to use this lawyer as I am not the first person writing the same review. Many people get there cases terminated I see and some after 15 months with the same lawyer. Should have done more research before letting this lawyer handle my case. Don’t waste your time. Find a lawyer who is able to communicate and cares. Tony Adderley is not a good option.

Working with Tony Adderley and his office was quick and easy. Although I ended up losing my appeal because of an unsympathetic judge and incompetent psychiatrist, I believe the attorney and his office worked on my behalf with great effort and diligence. I'd recommend them to anyone with a strong case.

I highly recommend using the Law office of Tony Adderley for anyone seeking social security. I was getting absolutely nowhere trying to obtain SSI for 8 years, even though my case was extremely strong. I found him through through Google and read through his reviews. His clients were not exaggerating at all, nor am I. Mr. Adderley and his staff took care of everything for me and made this process so easy for me. As you know, when you are sick, you don't always have patience and can become easily frustrated and overwhelmed with any task. The staff are so understanding and jump through hoops to make the process as painless as possible for you. My first and only hearing lasted under 10 minutes with me winning my case. I am so grateful for Tony Adderley and I am so pleased that I listened to his positive reviews. I highly recommend that you choose him as well.
