Torbet & Tuft did an amazing job representing my case. I gave a construction contractor a significant advanced payment and then he subsequently refused to complete the job, while retaining my payment. Both Hans and Leslie at Torbet & Tuft worked to resolve the issue as efficiently as possible, despite the contractor's refusal to cooperate. They were incredibly patient and thorough in guiding me through all the legal processes and hurdles. Eventually the matter ended up in court and resulted in us securing a judgement against the contractor for 3X my damages due to his negligence! I filled out their online form for a consultation, and didn't hear back. Then I called in, spoke with their representative, who said I would be hearing from them shortly. Never got a call back. Honestly, if you are looking for a professional firm to handle your business, I would look elsewhere.
