After five years of handling my husband's case, the firm Tovar-Hastings Law decided to discontinue it. This was due to an error they refused to acknowledge, an error that has forced us to start all over again with the National Visa Center. They are human, and human beings make mistakes, and just as we make mistakes, we must also acknowledge them. I hope this never happens to anyone else.
