Our case has been closed and completed and we couldn’t be more than happier with their work. The staff is very friendly, especially Mrs. Eloa which is who helped us and talked us through everything.
I was injured when an 18-wheeler side swiped my car. The 18-wheeler was trying to make a last second lane change and did not see me even though my car appeared in his mirror. My vehicle and the 18-wheeler had dash cams, clearly showing the 18-wheeler driver was at fault and still 18-wheeler’s insurance company tried to blame me for the crash. The 18-wheeler driver tried to say I was speeding. The 18-wheeler insurance company tried to say that the crash was my fault and that there was no way I could have been injured in the crash. I hired Trevino Injury Law and they got me the maximum amount available. My injuries are significant and so is the compensation Mr. Trevino got for me and my family. I highly recommend this firm if you have been injured by an 18-wheeler.

In May of 2024, I was driving a commercial vehicle on the highway, when a passenger vehicle suddenly pulled out in front of me in an attempt to cross the highway. I tried my best to avoid the collision, maneuvering my tow truck into the ditch alongside the highway, but in doing so, my head and left ear hit the driver’s side window which led to hearing loss. I was hit by an 18-wheeler, when the driver of the 18- wheeler did not see me and came into my lane. In April of 2023 an 18 wheeler had a blow out and rolled onto its side. The driver left the vehicle blocking the highway and did not put any warning signs or lights of any kind. We were traveling at night and the road was very dark, we never saw the truck until we were like only a few feet away. My husband was driving and me and my daughter were just resting. We hit the truck at full speed because it was almost impossible to see at night. The 18 wheeler driver tried to blame us instead of recognizing that he had abandoned the truck without any type of warning signs.
