Great experience, I would definitely recommend them. Mr. Durand was very helpful throughout this process.
Tom and his team at Kaplan were amazing with my case. They were always in touch, never pushy, broke everything down for me and always there if I had questions. After each of my surgeries Tom called to see how I was feeling and checked in regularly on how the healing process was going. Thank you to the Kaplan team for making things extremely stress free for me.

PROFESSIONALISM AT IT'S BEST! Ralph Sabatino, at Kaplan Lawyers, is a very thorough and competent professional who always had my best interests in mind. Ralph is a lawyer who strives to give the best customer service methods. What I especially liked about Ralph was that he kept me up-to-date on my case from the very beginning to the very end and always took my calls, a personal touch that most lawyers don't afford. After almost a year and a half of fighting on my behalf my case was settled to my satisfaction. Thanks again, Ralph.

DO NOT HIRE THEM. I hired Jared Kaplan, who gave my case to one of his attorneys, Tom Moonis, as per my bank's recommendation when buying my home. He never met with me in person, everything was by phone and e-mail. He was a NO-SHOW to the closing, sent a notary to give me all the paperwork to sign (he didn't want to travel an hour to the closing in North Jersey since "they were doing me a favor not making me come in to their office in Long Island). NEVER even CONSULTED me about what I'm signing, until AFTER the CLOSING. Sent me only HALF of my GOOD FAITH DEPOSIT. Kept the other half to himself, claiming it was used to pay the seller for property taxes. He was never AUTHORIZED to use any part of the deposit for anything other than a good faith deposit. After being confronted with a potential fraud charge, he sent me the money out of his own account via VENMO to keep me quiet and get me out of his hairs. After all this, he sent me the CLOSING INVOICE, stating I will still owe the sellers money. AFTER THE CLOSING already happened. Jared Kaplan never reached out to me, not even with an apology for his attorney Tom Moonis screwing up my paperwork and sending me only half of my deposit. NOTHING. USELESS. NEGLIGENT. Better off representing yourself.
