Gave me the run around. Didn’t do what they said they were gonna do…literally wasted my time and money! Wouldn’t recommend AT ALL!! especially Tina. WORSE LAWYER EVERRRR!
Matt and team were amazing to work with. They kept me informed and made sure that I was stress free every step of the way. Their fees were reasonable. I would 10/10 recommend and if I am ever in need again I know who to call.
Tina Campbell from Turner-Monahan was awesome. She was able to mediate my divorce which was unbelievable…I went into the mediation thinking there was no way possible for it to get resolved. Thank you so much!!

I just wanted to share how amazing Tina is! She helped mediate our child custody case in which I wish we would have found her a while back. She is very patient, kind, fair, professional and is very knowledgeable in her work. She made everything a breeze and brung clarity to questions that I had. I highly recommend Tina as she got the job done and I walked away satisfied!

Tina Campbell is the best attorney I had. She helped me get custody of my son. It was 6 years of me fighting for custody and I couldn’t be more grateful for her. 100% recommended

This is the Law firm that will pray with/for you then walk into court like "We are Sparta" (minus kicking in the door and the leather loincloth). If you want to lose your case, you should definitely not hire them. But, if you want to win, be treated like a person, feel seen and heard, and then years later have your ex-husband come back to you and ask if he can hire your lawyer (whom you got unofficial custody of in your divorce case) to help him with another case, you should definitely hire Tyler. He is amazing and I could go on and on about his character, integrity, honesty, fairness and crazy extensive knowledge of the law but, his staff is equally as amazing. The team at Turner-Monahan will walk you through the process, they take time to answer the weird question that you think of at 2am and immediately email over. They are compassionate. And, most importantly, they fight for you as if you were family. I have never found a more thorough and reliable team. I have referred numerous people over (except my ex-husband) and they have all told me the same thing.... they did right by me!! You can't find a better lawyer or legal team!!!

I greatly appreciate the service I experienced with Tyler-Monahan, from Heather Ogier. She was very knowledgeable and had solid answers when I asked her questions. She was very patient with me. I found the divorce process to be terrifying and stressful and sad. She made me feel very respected and not judged and always made me feel fully supported. She always started and ended every conference in an upbeat manner. Her positive and respectful and gracious manner, as well as her knowledge of the process was very comforting. She made a hard thing less stressful. I would choose her again for legal work.

December 1, 2025 Update: There should be an option for half a star review. Filed a complaint with the Texas Bar Association. I know lawyers have connections everywhere especially in the association, but you can deny proof when I present it. November 10, 2025 Update: It takes 5-10 minutes to talk about what I experienced from your firm. You read my post, are going to attempt to reach out and discuss what went wrong? Everyone in your office has read this and will reading this update, according to a very specific person I spoke to on the phone. I wanted to give you a common courtesy of having a conversation before filing a formal complaint. I just want 5-10 minutes of your valuable time. Nobember 9, 2025: I've never dropped a lawyer before especially after $7300 with nothing done. Before you send your pre-typed response let me explain. I spent over $400 to register an out of state order. I was looking for a firm to represent me and make me feel like the $6500 retainer was well spent. During pre-trial, the lawyer I retained wasn't who showed up. Her fill-in was terse and I sensed she had quite a few cases to attend to downstairs because that's where she was the majority of the time. Waiting in the lobby of the courtroom for about an hour, which is to be expected, and had seen the fill-in lawyer for a total of 10mins to be generous. The she had a demeanor of someone who's time was being wasted and I felt hurried. Anyways, everything happening so fast at pre-trial I noticed some discrepancies in the temporary custody order so I notified my lawyer via email to make some modifications. To make it fair you know. 3 months later I have yet to receive a signed copy of my temporary order. After phone call and having long conversations with the intake person and sending emails to my lawyer I was getting nowhere, and no responses. What I did find annoying was an email I received from the firm. It was an invoice for additional money owed. Remember, I paid over $400 to register my out of state order and come to find out the firm charged me for that service and an additional $750 for the fill-in lawyer that showed up to talk to me for 10 minutes then dealt with other cases while she was supposed to be there for me. From August to today, I am out $7300 with nothing to show for it other than an unsigned temporary custody order, a mediation date, and final trial date. That's what I paid for. Now the firm will say I paid for retainer fee and the rest was for filing fees and processing fees. Which is fine, I get it but the whole point of this review is I paid money for a service that I did not get. I was expecting more but I guess this is how it is and lawyers are so busy here that it's difficult for them to reply to emails or follow-up. The most basic of customer services neglected. I hope you guys do better for those desperate clients that are clearly thinking out of emotion and willing to pay anything to feel represented. I guess I just didn't pay enough. I'm a retired Marine and full-time student so I'll have plenty of time to answer any questions. I really hope the senior partner reads this so I can provide facts and ask why/how this happened.

I cannot express enough gratitude for the incredible work that Tyler Monahan and his team did on my case. He represented me in a highly emotional and challenging custody trial, and thanks to his dedication, expertise, and compassion, we achieved a successful outcome. From our very first meeting, Tyler made me feel heard and understood. He took the time to walk me through every step of the legal process, explaining complex matters in clear, reassuring terms. His professionalism, preparation, and attention to detail were unmatched — it was clear that he truly cared about my case and my family’s future. In the courtroom, Tyler was confident and deeply knowledgeable. He anticipated the other side’s arguments and presented my case with precision. Watching him advocate on my behalf gave me immense peace of mind during one of the most stressful times in my life. Because of Tyler’s hard work and commitment, I now have the custody arrangement I had hoped for — one that keeps my daughter’s best interests front and center. I will forever be grateful for his support and skill. If you’re looking for an attorney who is not only brilliant in the courtroom but also genuinely cares about his clients, I wholeheartedly recommend Tyler Monahan. He’s the kind of lawyer you want in your corner when everything that matters most is on the line.
