They're fast, but unfortunately, they recommended you to a bunch of lazy lawyers who don't answer calls or messages and lie a lot. In my case, I finished therapy and notified them, but they claimed they never received my therapy records, so I had to do everything myself. I discovered that they had sent the documents, and the secretary lied to me, saying they hadn't received them. That's how I found out they were liars. I hope they improve because it's infuriating when they lie to you. When I complained to the secretary, she got angry, saying it was her job and I had no right to ask questions. I asked her how I found out, and I had proof with papers and emails. Then she got angry, and when I asked her, she said the doctors hadn't sent them. So be careful, don't be fooled. Once you finish your therapy, ask the lawyer's secretary if they've sent your results and if she has proof that they sent those documents to the insurance company. Good luck to everyone.
