I went through one of the hardest divorces imaginable. I’m still currently going to court to obtain child support (even though the divorce itself is final), and the entire process has been emotionally exhausting and overwhelming. Chad Shattuck Office has by far the best paralegal — Kati Monroe. I honestly call her my lawyer because that’s how she shows up for me. She genuinely cares. She has listened to me cry more times than I can count. At the same time, she pushes me to do what’s right and reminds me of my worth when I forget it myself. The best feeling in the world is not being left in the dark — not being confused day after day, wondering what’s happening with your case. I’ve experienced that with other lawyers before, and it’s an awful feeling. With Kati, I get updates. If I call, she answers. If she can’t answer, she texts me back right away. I can even call her on the weekend, and she will be there when emergencies happen. She is honest, everything is factual, and my case has been handled with nothing but truth and integrity — no lies, no confusion, no false promises.
