I filed for SSDI and hired a law firm. In 8 months with that law firm I never once was able to talk to an actual attorney, I was provided poor guidance by there caseworkers, and on a couple instances was provided very poor (wrong) answers to questions I had to better support my case. It was almost as if they were trying to ensure my case went to an ALJ hearing to maximize their payout. I fired them and after some research I found Tyler and Maderer law firm. Bottom line, they are awesome. I spoke on the phone and via email multiple times with the attorneys (Chris and Gigit) that actually were handling my case. They gave me very sound guidance and advice, that had my first law firm gave me, I strongly believe I would have been approved at Initial or worst case Reconsideration. They definitely came across as trying to help the client and not about increasing their bottom line. Their caseworker and paralegal assigned to my case were bulldogs. They ensured all my supporting medical documents were attained, which the other law firm didn't do. When they had issues attaining medical documents, they reached out to me, and between the two of us, we got them. I really can't speak highly enough about this law firm!!! They were so proactive with regards to my SSDI case we decided to also do our Estate planning (Will and Trust). Again, they didn't disappoint! Not only did they easily help me get fully approved for SSDI, my wife and I feel very good if anything unfortunate happens to either one, or both of us. Every I is dotted and every T has been crossed. Tyler and Maderer has earned every penny paid to them, and some!!!
