They told me my medical bills had been taken care of but they are now threatening to go to collections. They told me I would have my lost income that was supposed to be going towards me getting more time with my 4 months ago but haven't received a thing and when I asked the other people's insurance about it, they said they had no idea what i was talking about but would be happy to discuss it with someone. The others people's insurance gets back to me in hours while my attorney takes weeks to reply. I think honesty would be the bare minimum to expect from a attorney.

Terrible service, my husband had an accident and after almost a year they wrote to him to tell him that they had not been able to win the case and it was closed, when the other person was drunk and got the red card, honestly we were not satisfied at all, and I had to be calling all the time because they never called one of the girls who attended the case at the beginning every month had a problem (I'm not saying it doesn't happen) but you have a responsibility, oh no, if they didn't call I wouldn't find out, I don't know if it's because we are Latino and the other is American but well in the end I didn't understand that he didn't have any punishment, nothing at all 🤦🏻‍♀️🤦🏻‍♀️🤦🏻‍♀️

I personally think that Mike is/could be a really good attorney !! However who ever answers Mike's phone calls - either did not leave any of my messages for him to call me back - because I needed his advice - or he ignored my messages !! Thank you for your reply !! However I meant no returned calls for the time frame of over the entire past 4 or more months !! Not over the past couple weeks !!

I highly recommend using Mckell Thompson and Hunter for your attorneys. I never thought I would ever need to use an attorney before but then I was in a car accident on my way to college. To make matters worse I was using a ride share to save money on gas and was not the driver. The drivers insurance told me they would not pay the full balance on my Medical bills that happen due to the car accident and was left with the bills. Eventually they got sent to collections because I was a poor college kid who could not afford both tuition and a big medical bill.
