The WORST of the WORST. 3 yrs and 1/2 working on my case. Every time I would call they would say the same thing still working on the case. The person in charge of going over offers given by insurance (Sergio) has the worst attitude. If you don't call them constantly they won't call you back even when you leaves messages with the receptionist. I understand every case is different but I have never seen a case take this long especially when you have done what was recommended from the lawyer, chiropractic, doctors, etc. They will bring run up the bills to roof. At the end you are left with nothing basically. They worked on other people I know and they have done the same thing. Just telling them the insurance company did not give them a high enough offer and what was offered basically went to pay off chiro and doctors. Honestly, look else where this law firm is the worst. If I could give it 0 stars I would.

Worst law firm in the country. Very unprofessional. The office took my case back in April of 2024 as of today July 7th 2025 the office has decided to drop my case but wants to put a lien on any settlement I receive from the insurance company. They are friends with the chiropractor and will run your medical bills all the way up. And end the end leave you hanging high and dry. This is a fact and if I was you I would definitely look to Siegfried & Jensen, who are more professional and experienced. Do not I repeat do not let valley law handle your case. They never answer the phone and are very unprofessional. "RUN"
