In February 2025 I was driving after just dropping my eldest grandchild off at work. I was hit in my door by a turning vehicle at approximately 30 mph. Totalled my Envoy. Changed my life. Staples in my head, bruises from head to toe. Airbag abrasions on my arms. My eyeglasses saved my sight from the breaking glass. After being struck, my SUV was redirected and I slammed into a large light pole. The insurance of the woman who hit me tried to say it would be established 50/50 responsibility.
