Worst lawyer BAR NONE - “MEGAN WOODS” - do not use this lawyer ! We had a no brainer case, terrible accident in 2022 . Megan Woods IS the WORST. They don’t use telephones to communicate!! Imagine this !!! They only use emails as a source to communicate! Megan woods is a bully & caused me, Diane the client, to still live with ptsd from her !!! And the car accident that totaled my car my son (autistic ) was in the car my daughter was in the car As well! I did all her offices work she messed up the case and it was too late to get a new lawyer - no one would touch it- it’s now 2025 my daughter is a mess and so am I- please, as they say buyer beware, “do not use them!!!” Megan also fired my husband from helping us with the paper work ! Found out that was illegal, after the fact ! Our drs weren’t even the right drs to use? Megan put it all on the victims to do her job!! they destroyed our family forever!!! we had to move out of state! Horrendous, please DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY - I don’t want anyone to go through the heartaches we are left with …ongoing and I even begged her to take a Less cut since we were left with practically nothing :( and the damages we still live with all because of her ignorance and bully ness it was horrendous! I had 3 broken ribs, 2nd degree hand burns plus more. All because a young girl smashed right into me after speeding through a stop sign the air bags in my car exploded and went on fire! my son and daughter live with PTSD, my daughter still can’t be in a car without jumping out of her skin!!!! I hope karma is real !!

This has to be the WORST law firm in axistance. Megan Woods and her staff were so disconnected, that they droped the ball on our serious injury case. We never met her in person. She did not like to communicate via phone. When somthing we did not understand came up, we had to try and process her emails. She would even get verbally hostile and frustrated at us, and we are her clients. She made us feel like the ones who caused the accident. Her staff and attorney Woods never followed up with all the doctors so there were mis representation along with elevated billing. We were never able to get intouch with her or her staff. We would leave voice mail messages never to get a call back. Then we said we left messages they lied and denied getting any of them. No guidance, no empathy, Ineffective communication. They droped the ball so badly, that this accident case should have compensated us hundreds of thousands of dollars for our pain and suffering. Instead, after all the medical bills were paid and they took thier cut, we barely got any money from all of this. We are lucky we did not have to pay out of our pockets. So now our family is pysically damaged and have fears of driving from PTSD. The case is closed and now our lives will never be the same. Please listen to me, if you are searching for an injury lawyer and you come across CHAPMAN, VARGAS and WOODS run for the hills, cause they will DAMAGE YOU JUST AS MUCH AS THE PERSON THAT WAS IN FAULT OF THE ACCIDENT !!!!!

Horrible law firm, unprofessional , rude and dishonest

Update: Have received an email from Megan Woods telling me I'm lying and should take down this review because she doesn't want anyone to know how unprofessional she was. Original: Refused to take my worker's comp case because I wasn't injured enough to make a negligence case worth it in Meghan Woods' eyes. Stay away from these guys.
