Intake Officer and Paralegals acting like Lawyers. Does not listen to what is asked for and what is said. Avoids direct questions about sending a message to the lawyer in regard to whether or not they will take litigation negotiations for a no-fault claim accident. Paralegals conducting unethical work asking for documentation that they do not need.
