I really cannot say enough positive things about the Viola Law Firm and ESPECIALLY my lawyer and team, Attorney Andrea Valim and Liz Levine. I interviewed several attorneys, and ultimately chose Andrea to inherit my complicated, highly contentious divorce case. She has represented me so well, protecting my interests and desired custody plan with our young child. Obviously, this has been a very stressful experience, but it's helped immensely to have a lawyer like Andrea, who is calm, efficient, reasonable, and knowledgeable. To the extent possible in this situation, I enjoy reading the declarations she writes for my case - she is direct and has excellent choice of words. And from day one her warmth and empathy for my situation was very clear. I felt validated and I felt heard, intangibles that really helped me keep my sanity in an ugly divorce. We are not done yet, but we had several significant wins for me recently, thanks to Andrea. Through this process, I've learned court systems are extremely backed up and there is not enough time for all the details that messy, complicated divorces have. I'm able to send Andrea all the details I feel are important and what ultimately gets used is based on her expert strategy and NOT because she is overlooking anything. It's also apparent she's well respected in the family law community, as our JUDGE pointed out that he respected her work when we were in court -- I think that says EVERYTHING. Really grateful to Andrea, Liz and everyone at Viola for giving me back a sense of peace, control, and hope.

Very unhappy, divorce is a very rough process and you need a caring lawyer with you and not someone who responds to your questions with all caps. Lauren was rude and very insensitive. I’m happy that I noticed that before I move forward with them. I guess I just got lucky.
