I don’t usually write reviews, but I really want to thank William Chang. Last year, I was involved in two car accidents in a row, and both cases were extremely difficult. In the first case, the other party only had a $5,000 policy limit and then basically disappeared. The insurance company wouldn’t budge at all. In the second case, the medical offer was way too low, especially while we were still in pain and dealing with a complicated recovery. William was patient, responsive, and never treated our situation like a lost cause. He kept us updated, explained everything clearly, and fought for an outcome that actually made sense. He even helped with small claims paperwork when we physically couldn’t handle it ourselves — which was honestly beyond what we expected. We’re truly grateful for William and the City of Industry team. I encountered two car accidents last year and the year before last. William Zhang is very responsible and patient with clients. He speaks kindly and explains any questions I have, which relieves me of anxiety. Most importantly, he's very capable. He even managed to get the other party to pay more than the insurance amount, and he received a very good settlement. I initially looked for a lawyer, but they were rather passive. I switched to William Zhang, and it seems like it was a good decision.

When William Chang took my case, he said the other party would pay to the fullest extent of the contract. Later, Vitio Eto handled the case personally. After three years of fighting with the other party, the insurance company did indeed pay to the fullest extent of the contract.

It's a shame, because the Westlake office seems so incredibly well-run, but the City of Industry office is probably the exact opposite. The manager William Chang was incredibly deceptive and dishonest, and always beating around the bush when it came to my case (anon review for safety purposes). The office looks like a tornado blew through it as well, with piles of case files lying everywhere. It's a wonder how they get anything done here, when they have such a terrible, unprofessional manager as well as no organization system - it must take them 5 weeks to look for a single case document...
