One of the worst intake experiences I’ve had with any law firm. I scheduled a consultation through their website, but when I called at the designated time, Lisa (who took the call) had no idea why it wasn’t on the calendar and gave no explanation. She rushed me through a complex, layered situation she clearly didn’t understand — and gave no impression that she cared. Poor communication, dismissive tone, and unprofessional handling overall. Would not recommend this mom-and-pop firm for serious entertainment or copyright issues.

I contacted the Vondran Law Firm over 10 days ago. The receptionist was short, seemingly in a hurry, and apparently disinterested in my call. Terrified after I received a subpoena from Strike 3, I couldn't sleep, think, work without muscle wringing anxiety of this threat. Eventually, I came up with the best I could do in terms of a settlement which was accepted , way below what Strike 3 had originally wanted, and we moved forward with the payment and dismissal. I only took five weeks, from the time I received the subpoena to the dismissal, Trust LIsa and Steve. Don't wait. They don't. They are on your side and do not drag this on. Their flat fee is a bargain for anyone especially given the situation and level of service Lisa and Steve provide. Don't suffer and don't sweat, get in touch with Vondran legal and breathe again.
