Eryk, thank you for representation in purchasing a home for my family. You were prompt, knowledgeable, patient, and personable in handling all items that came up. You explained the process, expectations, and timeline clearly. Our first contract fell through due inspection items where the seller was unreasonable, and there was no push to make a bad deal. Our second contract, the successful one, was well negotiated. Our closing date got pushed back (due to seller), to a point where we would have been without a place to stay for a few days, while also needing a location to put our things. You went above beyond in negotiating non-standard concessions. We were able to move in prior to official closing date, despite the Seller’s lawyer advise to the Seller not to do so, and we had access to the garage even further in advance, extremely helpful when you have 3 children under the age 6. Lastly, I really appreciated working directly with the Eryk the entire time and not an admin, very personable, felt heard/understood. Excellent Service!
