Walser law firm was very helpful in helping me to understand the different levels of probate when my father died last month. They explained in detail every form & level so that I can file the proper forms to fit my situation & this was all included in the 30 min free consultation. You don't find many law firms willing to offer helpful advice without having an ulterior motives. I would recommend to anyone who find themselves in my position. Walser Law firm is the best.

I reached out to ask some questions regarding deeds and property information without realizing it was two days before Christmas (I know I am a jerk) but they not only answered right away, but were able to help immediately and got me all of the information I needed and even helped steer me in the right direction of next steps. Unfortunately, this was the worst experience I've ever had with a Attorney. They did not do anything but, forward mail. I sent a potential retainer of $5000. Never signed an agreement and only had ONE 10 minute phone conversation. They took my money and did nothing but, send me a break down of interoffice conversations that chewed up all of the potential retainer. Norma became hostile and cut me off when trying to get information about my $5000. I sent them an email demanding it back as they did not communicate and refused to provide me with basic information. Stay away from these people. They're going to scam you even without an agreement! Reporting them to the bar.

Mrs. Norma Cruz was so professional patient kind and understanding with my questions. She made everything clear where I could understand the process.
