Mr James Ackerman's legal expertises are 100% the best in the legal field His assistant Gerald works deligently to make sure the process be follow without delays. If you or anyone you know needs legal representation as injured worker.. l recommend his legal office 100%.
James Achermann is an excellent workers comp attorney. He is very responsive to our concerns and the ongoing issues we've had with workers comp insurance not paying for prescriptions that their outside medical reviewer had approved. His paralegal, Gerald, is also on top of things. He has talked to the insurance adjuster for over an hour to resolve issues and is working hard to settle my husband's case which involves a Medicare Set Aside. If you've been injured on the job, don't try to deal with workers compensation insurance companies on your own. They are not on your side and you need competent legal representation.
Joe represented me against a very powerful org., in a 10 year work comp case of great complexity and impact for all parties involved. He is the captain manning the wheelhouse in this dangerous reef strewn foreign sea, believe me, the medico-legal world is no place for amateurs. Joe is not an amateur. Ultimately it also involved a social security claim which Joe also prevailed over in my regard, and I am comfortably retired in large part due to this remarkable attorney. Thanks Joe.
