I can recommend Weinstein and Caggiano without reservation. I first went to another law firm who agreed to take on my mesothelioma case then did nothing of any consequence for over 1 1/2 years until I fired them. I was put off and lied to. They obviously thought they could figure it out as they went along, which was absurd. I have had only positive experiences with Weinstein and Caggiano. Their communication is outstanding. Even when I sent an email in the evening, not expecting a response until the next business day, I received a quick response within a very short while. They have decades of experience in mesothelioma cases and know exactly which firms to approach plus they were able to contact individuals who worked with my husband in the 70's for witnesses. I’m writing this review through lachrymose eyes and a lump in my throat, so I’ll keep it short. What an unbelievable outcome to this case - I’m still a little bit in shock over the settlement amount reached. It was such a cathartic experience to bring closure to this and walk away feeling like we got such an amazing result. I want to thank both Brian and Alexandra from the very bottom of my heart, I cannot begin to express my gratitude for what you’ve been able to do for my family.
