This review is late due to health challenges but the delay has not diminished the appreciation I have for David and litigation manager Karla Pavese. I had the good fortune to have their representation in a negligence procedure against a local rehab facility/nursing home where my wife was placed for a period prior to her death in 2021. Without exception, their efforts to seek redress for negligent care were sustained, vigorous and ultimately successful. They always exhibited the highest ethical standards, perseverance and compassion. Today I consider them to be not solely attorneys but valued friends. I am pleased to recommend their services !!

Mr Zukher was court appointed and he has worked his butt off to get my case closed finally after a year and nine months. And that was not his fault it took so long either. And I appreciate the fact he came all the way out to Fabius to do it. Any time I called he always was great about calling me back and answering my phone calls. And making feel at ease. He doesn't talk down to you and is a straight forward person. He treats you like a friend and not a know it all. If you need a lawyer this is who you want. David Zucker was my lawyer a few years back. When nobody believed in me he was there. It was a pro bono case and he ended up being my lawyer. It felt like everything was stacked up against me and I was losing everything. The first time we met I finally felt like things might be okay. I had David Zuhker as an attorney for a family court case. I dreaded the moment when I learned that I would be assigned to him, bc I’ve heard nothing but horrible things. As I started to communicate with Mr. Zuhker, I came to the conclusion that what I heard about him was in fact true. Every time I visited his office he was always smoking on a vape, which I thought was very unprofessional. He would often times deviate from dealing with my case and focus on how great of a person that he thought he was. In court, he would blurt out mendacious statements, leaving me confused. The judge had to warn him numerous times to watch his conduct. While talking to him he always spoke about him self, opposed to my case. Having him as a lawyer was a complete disaster! And I wouldn’t recommend him to anyone, ever!

David recently represented myself in family court and child support court. The process was extremely long but he made it as easy as possible. He is understanding of my situation and recommends what he would do to achieve the best possible outcome for myself and my daughter. He truly made me feel like family and that he had my best interest in mind. He does not just litigate to litigate.
