After Hurricane Irma in 2017, our Insurance company continued to deny, and stall, our legitimate damage claims for our condominium in Naples. We filed all the necessary claim documentation required by the insurance company to the letter, along with photographs of all the interior and exterior damage. After almost a year of blatant stall tactics and boiler plate denial letters, we decided to get legal help. Weldon and Rothman were recommended to us. We contacted them, and they got right on the case. They assembled a legal team, inclusive of an Umpire, and negotiated for us with our insurance company. It didn't take too long, our insurance company settled for more money than we originally asked for on our claim.
