Had a call with Brandon. He was very professional and friendly. He asked me to submit a photo of my ticket. He looked into it more and called me back in less than an hour. He explained a few helpful things to me, told me what a defense could be, told me my options, and next steps. In the end, the case was too small for him to handle and it wouldnt make sense for me financially. But he still made the effort to make sure i was taken care of. I really appreciated that.
