It’s five months later my husband and I went to the doctor all of about five times in one month still waiting poor communication. No one updated me on anything. Send me communication about an app that does not work. Credentials is not set up. System screwed up. Still reaching out for communication. Can’t get in contact with a supervisor to talk to anyone. The Lawyer Kris decides to go back-and-forth with me instead of reassuring me that things will be OK and when my funds will be available, Betty never communicated and call back at all after the receptionist. Let me know that she was on the phone and will be giving me a call right back poor communication.
