At approximately 6:36 pm today, 6/1/26, I called and talk with one of this firm assistants. I started to clarify that I have a civil rights and employment rights cases which due to I was experiencing mental breakdown with recently and was affecting my speech to break down communicate with her including the past trauma made me to more slowly. Instead of allowing me the time I needed to speak, the staff member repeatedly interrupted me and cut me off. This made me extremely uncomfortable, and I felt forced to end the call. I am disappointed, as this interaction did not reflect support or understanding for individuals with disabilities. Based on this experience, I would not recommend this firm to anyone, especially those who have disabilities and require patience and accommodation.

From the very beginning, the team at Winocour Law answered all of my questions and kept me informed every step of the way. It was clear that they genuinely cared about my case and my well-being throughout the entire process. Jonathan and Mike fought incredibly hard against the insurance company to make sure I was fully compensated for both my injuries and vehicle damage. They were always punctual, direct, and transparent about what to expect, which gave me a great deal of peace of mind during such a stressful time. I truly felt cared for from start to finish and am very grateful for all of their hard work. I would absolutely recommend Winocour Law to anyone dealing with a car accident.

All ya gotta do is follow their directions, b honest about things and they'll do what they do! $200 fine and 90 "probation period" w no more tickets and this one won't b on my dl. Perfect for me!
