I hired Dallas Tharpe to represent me in a case that ended up lasting longer than I anticipated. However, from day 1, Dallas was professional, attentive to details, accessible for updates and always prepared. He went over and beyond to make sure that I was represented well and even though I knew he had several cases going, he always made me feel like my case was top priority. I would and have recommended Dallas and this firm to other people.... and will continue to recommend him!! One of the best attorneys in Smith County!

Called to see if i had a potential claim almost 45 days ago, sent Dallas several emails and never heard back. I finally heard back yesterday and was told his case load is too high, he cant take my case. He is so unprofessional, waist of time. Never will i recommend him to anyone.
