Jeremi has handled two cases for me. Both cases were for wage and overtime violations. I went back to him for the second time because him and his staff are extremely professional and straight to the point. They handled my cases very quickly (considering how long it typically takes cases like this) and was always on our side. The last case could have been handled over the phone and through emails (of which many other attorneys would've handled it in just that way), but Jeremi took the time and flew out to where we were all at, just so he could meet all of the clients in the suit. Additionally, every time I've called or had a concern it was handled promptly by him and his staff. Attorneys often get bad reputations for taking advantage of their clients. I won’t say that occurred with my case, although my best interests were not the primary focus of this group. From the beginning, the work done was slow and not thorough. It is a bad sign when you have to keep on top of your legal representation to keep up with the work that needs to be done. I was referred to this group for their specialization, but I was not impressed with any of the legal skill I witnessed. I will never utilize this firm again and I would not recommend anyone use them in any circumstance. I will make sure and spread the word to the people I know that this firm is very subpar.
