Proof of medical negligence for my mom resulting in kidney failure and ending up on dialysis and uphill battles with multiple occurrences with doctors at fault. And it was one heck of a negative rollercoaster of constant mishandling medical care. Basically wasted the 2 years (1 year, 8 months) for the statute of limitations before calling saying they’re not taking the case. Basically leaving us scrambling to find any other lawyer willing to help. Extremely disappointing experience. Point of contacts continuously changed as people left this establishment frequently. The other horrible downside is being in such a mormon state. It was brought to my attention by MULTIPLE people that it is impossible to sue medical facilities with Mormon executives. They do payouts to not bring a case forward. They are surely not for the people otherwise we would have won this case. DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!!!!!!!! Complete failure that let down those that truly suffer at the hands of intermountain medical center and lone peak!!!
