I was doing research on real estate attorneys because I need to add my wife’s name to the deed of my property. Under the assumption that attorneys are considered service providers, I said “good morning, may I please get a quote for a service?” Keep in mind they have multiple practice areas. The lady responded “this is not a tire shop, what service are you looking for?” I thought my ears were playing tricks on me so I asked what she said And she proceeded to repeat the same thing “this is not a tire shop.” With that, I told her never mind and to have a wonderful day. I mean I didn’t think I was asking for a lot other than some common human decency. You don’t talk to people that way… maybe she was just having a bad day, I don’t know but that was so wrong. While I can’t speak for the actual work they can accomplish as attorneys, I can tell you customer service is not one of their strong suits. This happened on Thursday October 23rd 2025 around 10:57am

Mr. Richard Ricciardi is hands down the best attorney I have ever used and I highly recommend him and his firm. He is extremely patient and caring. He listens to his clients and provides the best possible solution and builds an action plan. We always had a successful resolution to the case, every time we have hired him. Best for evictions and also an amazing Real Estate Attorney. Highly recommend Mr. Ricciardi.
