We worked with Jody for an eviction case during Covid. He was to the point, quick to answer and easy to communicate. The ease of communication and quickness lasted all through the life of the case. However, there were several oversights, or little mistakes that cost us money and time. Also be aware Jody doesn't have an assistant or paralegal so you are still charged the higher attorney fee for the tasks that can be done by an assistant for a fraction of the price. Overall, we had a bittersweet taste and honestly Jody will not be our first preference if we have to work with an attorney for real estate issues again.

I gave Mr. Yudien a call today in regards to a couple legal questions regarding possible future representation over a personal property situation. He was available and answered my questions with professionalism and what seemed like a wealth of knowledge. If I need representation in the future he will be the man I come to.
