Called for help with a contested child custody matter and it was stated that they are not taking anymore clients through St. Clair County. Ms. Zuilkowski was my divorce attorney and unfortunately not very responsive. I would estimate that my divorce took an additional 2 months due to her unresponsiveness. The defendent (my Ex) did cause for some delays which caused us to regroup, but still her lack of responsiveness to my calls-- up to 2 weeks in several cases is unacceptable. At one point she told me she was working on more pressing cases and I fully funded up front the effort. As a client I feel I am equally important and her workload is the attorneys choice. I am of the opinion that she took on case workload when she was fully workloaded and could provide the service needed.

Had an estate plan done by Ziulkowski & Associates and highly recommend them. This was so easy I wish I would have done this a long time ago. They take their time with you going through all of the paperwork and answer any questions.

Janet could have charged me for those services but provided these portions pro bono. She is pleasant and always thoroughly explains everything in my will/trust documents. Highly recommend!
