Some of the negative comments I’ve seen seem to come from people upset they didn’t receive a large settlement. The reality is, that depends on the extent of your injuries and the insurance coverage available. That’s not the attorney’s fault—it’s simply how personal injury cases work. You have to work within insurance limits and the severity of the injury. Aaron fights hard to maximize compensation for his clients, but he can only work with the coverage that exists. Biggest mistake I ever made. this attorney tells you he's going to give you a discount and waits until the last minute after the check has been made and the settlement has been won. to show you what fees your being charged. He added to his percentage of your settlement on top of an additional $7,000 for himself leaving me $4,000. He walked away with over $10,000 and he didn't do nothing but make a call. yes he got me $15,000 but he kept 75% of my settlement. We never even made it to court so all the additional things that he was charging me for that he had to do he didn't even do it. Cuz it was settled out of court like the other party was at fault already his insurance company knew and agreed to anything that he asked for. I would never refer anyone not even my worst enemy. This man didn't do any work as far as going to the court house. We settled out of court because even the insurance company stated that the other party was at fault. I agree yes he's fast but only to collect his money he then puts it in a trust were only heat can give us the money the check isn't issued to us so that way we know what exactly is being taken out he adds fees even though a partial of what he's being paid already should have covered. So in the end you screw yourself by giving him 75% of your settlement. All the extra he charged me for documents I sent to him.

I just want everyone to see what this lawyer did for me and how he has affected me emotionally mentally he took everything gave me nothing then later on wanted me to take down my yelp review and try to pay me $300 then send me a check that I could not even cash Beware of this.

Aaron Newman, is brilliant he gets the most money on your case, you got to go to this lawyer, he is the future, if you want to get the most money on your case go to him.
