UPDATE: Changed from 4 to 5 stars. Rachel was amazing! Once I was reassigned to her, the process was very smooth. I was very prepared throughout the remainder of the process as she was always available to answer any questions or concerns. Thank you Rachel for what started as a horrible experience turn into a great experience! So far so good.. only reason for 4 stars is the first person assigned to me did not communicate and keep me updated. But once I was reassigned to Rachel, she was efficient and kept me in the know!
