Having Mr. Aaronson hired just save my academic and financial future. I made a mistake a couple of years ago that could’ve derail my life, but he just might be the reason that I got a second chance to have a nice future. He got my case dismissed via an special program that allows expunction after completion, and that does not happen without him. I’d personally recommend him to any person that so happens to mess up and he will fight for you. 100% professional and reliable. He makes you feel that you are not alone in your situation.
I was referred through LegalShield and hired Aaronson’s firm for a misdemeanor citation matter. From the beginning, I made it clear that I would not accept any plea deal and that my goal was dismissal or trial based on the evidence.
Despite that, the firm communicated a defensive driving/plea-type resolution to the court without my knowledge or consent, directly contradicting my explicit instructions. I was also kept out of the loop for extended periods and had to do my own follow-up to confirm what was happening in my case.
The most frustrating part is that the case was ultimately dismissed — meaning this firm attempted to push me into pleading to something that was later thrown out entirely. If an attorney is unwilling to take a case to trial, they should not accept the representation — but they definitely should not attempt to resolve a case through a plea process without the client’s authorization.
I do not recommend this firm to anyone who expects communication, diligence, or a lawyer who will follow clear client instructions.
Michael Aaronson went above and beyond for my husband while he was serving time. He showed real compassion, kept us informed, and truly cared about helping our family through a difficult time. We’re so grateful for everything he did.
I had a great experience with Attorney Aaronson. He was professional, responsive, and truly delivered results. He recently helped me get the alcohol device removed from my vehicle. I couldn’t be more grateful for his help. Highly recommend him to anyone needing solid legal representation. Very Knowledgeable.
The lady who answers the phones always has a bad attitude her tone always seems defensive instead of it feeling like she's trying to help. Will never give them my business as long as she's there.
Mr. Aaronson was extremely helpful and attentive to my case. He answered every phone call personally and responded to all my emails immediately. He offered his professional legal advice freely and understood my concerns. He is extremely knowledgeable in the court processes and helped me through the end. I Highly recommend his services!!
They showed up to court to plea no contest on 2 tickets my wife had, they dragged it for about 4 years, still ended up having to pay the fines plus court costs, would be cheaper if we would’ve done it ourselves no contest plea still shows up on her driving record, these people quite literally didn’t do anything, Thanks Aaronson Law Firm
No thank you I will just be paying the court fees assessed and fines and taking our business elsewhere, god forbid she gets another citation but we stand by our review
Update: Went to the municipal court with my wife clerk asked if we currently had insurance on our vehicle now, since we did she dismissed that ticket now we only have one to pay, word of advice, take care of them yourselves you might be better off like us.
Owner response
Hello Angel – sorry about your disappointment. What we did do included filing a document to establish our attorney-client relationship with the court. After that, we obtain a copy of the charging instrument that accuses your wife – which appeared to be both factually and legally sufficient. Thereafter, the matter is set for trial at which time we see about whether the officer is present and, then, and only then, do we challenge his recollection of the event. The officer recalled the incident, but we did persuade the judge to give us 30 days for you to show that you've corrected the issues, which, since you haven't, she was found guilty after the 30 day time period. If you'd like to appeal will be happy to do that if you let me know ASAP
