Mr. Abernathy seemed helpful at first but as soon as I left his office I could not get him to return any phone calls or emails. He let my denial go over 60 days, with me trying to get in touch with him, with no response. I had to get a new lawyer. Good luck if you should choose him because he did nothing he told me he would do. If I could have given no stars, I would have.
